Kiwanis club members believe in service. They care about children. They're interested in the community around them—because the community matters to them.
They're people like you. Friends. Neighbors. Volunteers who want to make a difference. And they love to see the difference they make when they work together.
We will have a guest speaker from Tarleton State University about the new campus they are building in Fort Worth.
Governor Ralph Keen will visit the District on Jan 26, 2019. The visit will be held at Texas Health Resources, Arlington Memorial. This year all Kiwanis members will participate in a "hands-on" project in association with Kids Against Hunger.
Breakout sessions will be conducted by:
Susan Hennum, District Growth Team Chair
Terrific Kids is a Kiwanis-sponsored student recognition program with a focus on goal setting. Students are encouraged to set a goal that they think is acheivable and are awarded for their efforts in attaining their goals in a recognition program every six weeks. The kids are always very excited to have achieved their goals, and it is something very special to be a part of.
Join us to congratulate these hard-working students at Diamond Hills Elementary School!
The 2019 Terrific Kids Program dates are:

Kiwanis clubs are volunteer-based. Club meetings offer an atmosphere of fun, learning and fellowship. Kiwanis members typically volunteer each month to assist with club service projects.
